Doncaster based business, Vizuality, is a marketing and design company that offers media and print, graphic design, public relations and advertising solutions to businesses.
The company has enjoyed rapid growth over the months and owner, Victoria Fletcher approached Success Doncaster with ideas to develop and expand Vizuality further. Through the programme she was introduced to a Creativity in Business course where she received Innovation Coaching from a mentor and learnt about the concepts of innovation in business.
Victoria wanted to involve her whole team in the development of the company and throughout the course sessions the staff at Vizuality enjoyed being part of the change process. They were able to share ideas with a coach and quickly began to realise the company’s potential as a national agency. They also received support focused around tender work where it became clear that the company could take advantage of new opportunities to offer their services to the aviation sector and other possible markets.
Motivated and energised after their training, the team now have a strong sense of the company’s aims and objectives and are eager to work hard to meet these. Vizuality has also begun exploring the possibility of contracts in the aviation, health and construction industries as suggested by their mentor.
