Total Care Installations offers an all round service for home owners with every part of home improvement covered. Owner Andy Robinson says the business prides itself on an old fashioned ethos of providing a quality service first time at a good value for money.
The services that Total Care provide include plumbing, joinery, tiling, plastering, painting & decorating, kitchen and bathroom installations, Upvc window and door installations, small building alterations, landlords deep cleaning services and fire alarm design and installation.
Coming to Success Doncaster for business assistance, Andy has received help from a number of different initiatives. He received start up business advice and a grant from a Community Enterprise Advisor, assistance with a business plan from a Finance Friend, secured a Success Doncaster loan fund and received financial management advice from Financial Inclusion.
As well as all of this support, Andy was referred on to Doncaster 100 for one-to-one business mentoring to assist him with conquering his fear of speaking in public. After a number of sessions with his mentor, he has conquered that fear and now feels he can look forward to making a speech.
Andy said: “I have nothing but praise and thanks for what my Doncaster 100 mentor has brought out in me, as he said, it was always in there but he showed me how to bring it out.
“For me to be excited at the prospect of public speaking rather than being the guy who sits at the back keeping myself to myself just shows what an important roll Doncaster 100 has to play in the new business community.”
