Real Fitness
Business partners Dean Kirkham and Ross Cooney demonstrated innovation by turning their idea of a fitness programme with a difference into a working business.
Real Fitness was set up to provide real results for real people. The business offers personal fitness sessions by qualified fitness instructors. It works very differently to other fitness groups, Dean and Ross take their classes into the community rather than being in one location and provide indoor and outdoor fitness sessions for people of all ages.
Both Dean and Ross come from a background of racing triathlons and have represented Great Britain in European and World championships over the last three years.
As well as fitness sessions, Real Fitness also offer boot camp training, weight management sessions and regularly send out emails to their members containing the latest fitness techniques, hints and tips on healthy eating and general fitness tips and advice. The website contains useful information and users to the site can watch videos for further training routines.
Real Fitness has been assisted through the Success Doncaster programme and helped with advice in starting up the business, an enterprise grant and further support from a business advisor in developing the business.

Real Fitness boot camps are available in and around Doncaster. Regular classes are held in Sprotbrough, Hallcross, Scawthorpe, Brodsworth and Cusworth with sessions available in the morning and evening.
Private classes are also available from Dean and Ross for customers who would like to go the extra mile and have an extra push on their personal fitness programme.
