Numero Accountants
During their five years in operation, Numero’s client base has grown steadily alongside a number of customer offers to their clients such as: free business support, workshops, technological options, specialist knowledge in the motor, creative industries and childcare.
Looking for some extra business support, Numero came to Success Doncaster and were referred on to CIDA for specialist support. Together Numero and their CIDA advisor started work developing their strategy for 2010 and working through CIDA’s Innovation process.
Upon starting the Innovation process, it became clear that Numero needed to concentrate their attention on the marketing of their brand and services, whilst at the same time working on their internal systems to improve the capacity of the four-strong team.
Using innovation as the basis of developing a plan to grow the business and attract new clients, the whole team spent two days brain-storming and reviewing the current business operations, looking for opportunities for growth.
Mark Higham, Managing Partner, said: "Taking time out to stand back and look at where we are going and at the same time involving the whole team in the process has been fantastic. Some of the ideas from the team have been mind blowing and the enthusiasm generated is excellent."
The team went away with several new ideas for developing the company, including a new marketing strategy to keep them ahead of the competition and clear actions for moving the company forward, as detailed by their own visual business plan.
