With a passion for fashion, Hayley Walker began her career working for top designer Vivienne Westwood. Here she learnt about individual style which allowed her to progress her career in the fashion industry and more recently, Hayley has been employed by Selfridges retail store as a personal shopper to an extensive list of celebrity clients.
Her enthusiasm and experience in fashion meant it was only natural that Hayley was keen to open her own business in the field of work. She approached Success Doncaster for business start-up support and was referred to a Business Advisor who helped her turn her ideas into realisation. Hayley was also enrolled onto a four day enterprise course and qualified for a grant which covered the start-up costs.
Hayley Walker Image Consultants is a new personal shopping service that makes shopping as stress free as possible for the customer. Hayley’s fashion services also include image consultation, wardrobe analysis and re-structure and quick fix options, to name a few, and everything is at a budget to suit the client.
Following a recent feature in Profile magazine, Hayley’s business is becoming more and more recognised in the borough. She will continue to write a monthly column on style and fashion in the magazine and hopes this will continue to boost her profile.
