The company was set up eight years ago to provide services to help businesses register with Companies House and all other things relating to corporate governance.
With the aid of Mick, Directors of CFS, Tony Thornton and Nuala Heaney have conducted several “think tank” meetings to help them get to the key issues affecting their business.
As a result of these meetings, they have altered their personal roles within the business and focussed more on business development. This has meant reassessing their management style and personal goal as well as increased delegation.
CFS has a truly International presence and the new alterations to the business organisation means they can push this even further. They have recently visited Russia among other countries promoting their service with Foreign Office assistance.
