Bliss Travel and Beauty Ltd is a fully independent ABTA bonded Travel Company based in Bawtry. Their purpose is to help customers find ‘Bliss’ either through travel or through the services of their sister company ‘Bliss Beauty’ and for business owners Lee and Rebecca Jackson, it is a place where customers are friends and where the staff do their utmost to make everyone feel special.
In May 2010 the business relocated to new 3 storey premises in Swan Street, Bawtry and since the move the company has seen increased demand for its travel services, which gives customers wide choice, impartial advice and full financial protection.
The business also boasts an inviting licensed restaurant - a place for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner combined with a small travel library for adults and a range of children’s books to keep youngsters entertained with a menu of English and Mediterranean food with regular variations of platters, soups and risotto.
As an existing business, the business has received support through the Success Doncaster programme with the help of a Business Buddy offering bespoke help and business advice particularly with marketing the company to help grow their business further.
Lee said “through our natural link to beauty treatments and Spa therapy we are continually asked for specialist Spa Holidays and breaks. We work with a growing range of operators and hoteliers to provide a complete range of Spa Holiday options and with specialist Spa operators providing bespoke holidays, based upon the desired range of treatments and preferred destinations”
Bliss Travel and Beauty tailor make holidays to customer’s specific requirements by matching flights, to apartments and hotels in destinations across the globe and including a complete door to door travel service with holiday insurance, airport car parking and holiday car hire.
While Bliss Travel sits on the ground floor of the premises, Bliss Beauty enjoys its own tranquil floor where customers can choose from a long list of beauty treatments.
Rebecca added: “Many customers have been introduced to our beauty services through our pre-holiday pampering which is offered as part of our holiday service. It’s really nice to see people’s reaction when they have just had their first facial, they really do wonder why they have waited so long to treat themselves.”
