Deloitte have been appointed to work in association with Doncaster Council to deliver Doncaster 100 (D100), a key strand of the Government’s LEGI (Local Enterprise Growth Initiative) funded ‘Success Doncaster’ Programme, designed to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit in the Borough and aim to create and establish Doncaster as an ‘Enterprise Hotspot’ by 2015.

The D100 programme will enable local businesses to do their bit to promote enterprise in Doncaster by building a network of 100 businesses as active participants in a business leadership team for the Borough to:-
• Inspire individuals to start up in business and succeed
• Help existing entrepreneurs to build a successful business
• Shape the youth of today to become the entrepreneurs of tomorrow leading by inspiration and example
• Help build networks with businesses and enterprise

D100 is a business leadership programme run by businesses, for businesses, in the most deprived neighbourhoods in Doncaster. Businesses in the D100 network will help Doncaster achieve this by contributing to activities around:
• Creating community engagement – building a spirit of enterprise
• Identifying role models – guiding, directing and monitoring
• Promoting enterprise within education – advising on career options
• Stimulating positive attitudes – helping to believe

The programme is open to any business, of any size and from any sector who are willing to commit to the economic and enterprise future for the Borough. By becoming a D100 member, you will contribute to delivering inspiration, mentoring and advice to those who need it across the community.
