This web page contains information on the Space for Success programme which is specifically aimed at Tenants / or people who need a workspace.

• Are you a home based/micro business or a recent new enterprise and feel you are in a position to look for new workspace in the near future?  

• Are you are a micro business nearing the end of you current tenancy in the next 6 months or so and seeking to expand? 

Please help us shape the Space for Success initiative by completing and submitting a 'want a workspace eform' which has been provided as a link below.  We will then keep you informed of progress, and together we will work to ensure that spaces provided are designed to meet your needs.

Want a Workspace e-form

 This is what we need you to do to seek our support:

1. Complete and submit a Want a Workspace e-form.  It asks for information such as: 
   - Your line of business 
   - What size workspace you are looking for
   - How much you will be willing to pay to lease 
   etc.

2. Once you have submitted this form you will then be contacted to discuss your case further.  During this conversation more information will be obtained from you.

3. We will then go away, consider your needs.

4. We will then come back to you to let you know the outcome and whether any suitable matches have been found.
