Jobmates was the former name of a programme run through Success Doncaster that helps to break down the barriers individuals may find when looking for employment. Jobmates are now called Work and Enterprise Coaches.LAA – Local Area Agreement

Work and Enterprise Coaches help individuals to identify and access appropriate volunteering and training opportunities. They work with local people who are keen to improve their employment prospects and who may need more skills training and practical support, to overcome personal barriers they may be facing.
